Happy Halloween!

It's the final day of the 31 days of Halloween!

My card today is a beautiful way to wish you all a Happy Halloween!

I used the new Fall Arrangement Perfectly Clear Stamp Set.
I colored the image with my Prisma Pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.
