Cupcake Tiers

It's birthday celebration time this week.

The Stampendous team will be sharing lot's of cool birthday inspired creations with you all week long.

My first share is this fun card featuring Cupcake Tiers.

I colored the image with Prisma colored pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

The patterned paper was created by stenciling the leopard skin metal stencil on dark pink cardstock with regular embossing paste and then sponging pink ink on the dried pattern.

I am pretty happy with the way this card turned out!

This image is perfect for any birthday celebration!

Happy Friday!

The Stampendous team is on the final day of our two weeks of hopping with the House-Mouse and Friends.

For my final project I combined this adorable Cupcake Coma image with the Mosaic Swirls Stencil to create a fun birthday card.

I colored the image with Colored Pencils and blended it with Glamsol Mineral Spirits.

To create the background I lay the stencil on a panel of white cardstock and sponged teal and brown ink on it.

When I removed the stencil I had this beautiful background.

The sentiment is from the Regal Bird Quotes perfectly clear stamp set.

Birthday in a Box

I have another Box Card to share with you that I made with The Stamps of Life Box Card Die.

I used to be so intimidated at the thought of making this card design but this new die makes it so easy!

The cupcakes were created with the Cupcake triplit die.

The "It's Your Day", "Happy Birthday", and "It's a Party" dies come with the Box Card Die.

All the papers are from The Stamps of Life as well!

Stephanie sold out of this awesome die set the day it was released.

She will have more to ship in January if you pre-order it.
