Happy Monday!

I hope your had a great weekend!

The Stampendous team is still celebrating the sea but this week we are celebrating all tha happens above the sea.  

My project features new Pink Your Life Stamps, Whisper Friends Beach Friends perfectly clear stamp set.

I LOVE how this turned out...exactly like it was in my head and that doesn't happen very often!

I stenciled the Waves on light blue cardstock with regular embossing paste.

After it dried I spread embossing paste across the bottom and covered it with Golden Sand embossing powder.  I heated the powder until it melted.

then i cut the top of the panel off trimming close to the waves and adhered it to the card.

I stamped all the images on white cardstock with black ink and colored with Prisma colored pencils.

Pink Friday

Today is the final day of the week long Pink Your Life hop!

I decided to use the new Mama Christmas image but I didn't make a Christmas card!

And....surprise...I made a fun fold card!

I cheated a little but because I used a Spellbinders die to cut the card base.

I colored the image with colored pencils and blended with Gamsol and blending stumps.

I can't wait to get this in the mail because I know the recipient will love it!

More Pink!

The stampendous design team are hoping with the whimsical new Pink You Life images this week.

Today I combined this adorable Whisper house image with the Dreamweaver Cheveron Background Stencil.

I stenciled the Dreamweaver Cheveron Background Stencil with regular embossing paste and when it dried I sponged Splendor ink on the image to color it.

I colored the image with colored pencils.

Creative Impressions 3/4" White Crepe Ribbon

Directions:

1.Fold an 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" panel of Mint Julep cardstock in half to create the card base

2. Adhere a 2 1/2" x 5" panel of patterned paper to the top portion of a 4" x 5 1/4" panel of white cardstock

3. Tie ribbon around panel and then adhere to the card base

4. Stamp image on a white die cut panel and color with pencils

5. Adhere to a larger die cut panel of Dare Devil Cardstock and then adhere to card

6. Stamp sentiment on the lower right portion of the card with black ink.

2. Adhere a panel of goldenrod cardstock to the card

3. Adhere a red panel to the card

5. Adhere image panel to card with brads.
6. Stamp sentiment on a white die cut circle
7. Back panel with a scallop edge die cut circle panel and adhere to the card
