Instructions:
Layer paper panels on to a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" Iced  Teal card

Stamp image on a white panel with black ink

Color image with Copic Markers

Back image panel with a slightly larger panel of Frosted Teal cardstock

Adhere image panel to card

Adhere three dew drops on card

Instructions:

Adhere paper panels on to a top folding blue card

Tie ribbon strips around the card

Stamp the image on a white panel with black ink

 

color image with Copic markers

Sponge aqua ink on the panel to create clouds

Stamp sentiment on panel with black ink

trim panel leaving part of the kite and tail "out of the box"

Back panel with green and red panels and then adhere to card
