Challenge Chicks #16-Technique Talk

Today's challenge amongst the CHF Design Team was to choose a technique from the Technique Talk forum to make a project. The Technique Talk forum is just another great reason to stop by the CHF Forums to check things out...great friends, sample cards, and lots of classes and tutorials!!!

The technique that I chose to use is the cracked glass technique. This is an oldie but goodie that I hadn't used in a while. Here is the card I came up with:
Stamps:
-You Light up my Life
-New Cape Henry, VA Lighthouse

Paper:
-Suede Brown Medium, Frosted Teal, and simply smooth white by Prism

Ink:
-Adirondack Espresso and Pitch Black dye ink by Adirondack
-Copic Markers

Accessories:
-Ribbon by Ofray
-Cuttlebug Embossing Folder
-UTEE by Ranger

Tools:
-Nestabilities by Spellbinder

Now, go check out what the other "chicks" created:
Julia, Lisa, Dawn, Kim, Michelle, and Sherrie

Love the cracked glass technique Kristine, and you got it to crack in all the right places! Perfect image for it too!

Beautiful! I love that you left some white space so the attention is drawn to the wonderful lighthouse you made. The sentiment is absoltuely perfect!
