Blue Phoebe

This months Spectrum Noir challenge is 

BLING!

This is the card I made for the challenge using Phoebe.

 

I colored her with my Spectrum Noir Markers:

Blue: TB1-TB3-TB4-TB5 

Yellow: GB3-CT4-CT2 

Green: CG4-CG3 

Skin: FS9-FS4-FS2   

Beige: EB1-EB2
