Stampendous Micro Glitter Challenge

April's Stampendous monthly challenge is Micro Glitter.

Stampendous has long had one of the most extensive collections of glitters in the craft market. Some of our basics, like multi-crystal ultra fine glitter have been marketed under so many company brands it’s almost certain you’ve got some in your collection right now.
This super, duper fine glitter has a more subtle shine than some of its sparklier friends, but it’s got some stunning possibilities for use with a huge array of images, adhesives, and applications.
Here is a card with gobs of sparkly Micro Glitter on it.

To create the card I started by adhering a panel of Thermoweb Double sided adhesive to a white panel of cardstock.

I peeled off the top layer to expose the sticky.

And then I covered all of the adhesive with Sunflower Micro Glitter.
I rubbed it all in to set it and then shook off the excess.

This is what the panel looked like after it was covered with Micro Glitter.

Then I punched out 12 circles and stamped each circle with a different image from the Critter set.
I colored the images and then added various colors of micro glitter to each of the images.

Here's another look at my completed card.

Here’s your chance to show us how you can use micro glitter, and maybe you’ll win one of our 10 new, dreamy colors for your own. Just add your link to the linky tool below and we’ll enter you, it’ll count twice if your project uses Stampendous images (other than just words). Anyone can enter their creations for the appreciation of all, but you must have a U.S. Mailing Address to win.
