Instructions:
Layer patterned paper panel on to a blue card base
punch one side of a blue strip of card stock and adhere to card
adhere a thin strip of vanilla cardstock onto the card
Stamp Bear Blocks image on a white panel with black ink and color with markers
Stamp sentiment on a white oval panel and back with a blue oval panel
Adhere to card

Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink
Copic Markers (B04-B01-B00-Y15-Y06-Y00-R21-R23-R25-W00-W1-W3-W5-E40)
Bazzill Basic Cardstock, Mohawk Bright White, Canvas Corp patterned paper
EK Success Border punch, Spellbinders oval dies
