Leaves to Die for

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a great weekend! I spent most of the weekend on wedding stuff for my daughters wedding that is in 50 days.  We had her bridal shower on Saturday and worked on the favors on Sunday.

I did get a quick second to make this card which features the newest amazing die set from Stampendous!

I started by grabbing some of the papers that I had previously created with my creative palette and Art Deco acrylic paint.  I always have a stash of these fun papers in my stash ready to use.

I stamped the paper with Pen Pattern Leaves and then die cut them with the matching leaves die set.
I added a little chunky Seasonings metalic embossing enamel and heated it to melt.

I added the same Seasonings Metallic Embossing Enamel to the edges of a green panel before assembling the card.

Here's another look at the completed card.

You can see all the wonderful Stampendous dies HERE.

Thanks for stopping by!

Made my version of this card as my cardpal cards for Nov 2015. Used a marker base coat and colored pencil top coat on the leaves. Really liked how they turned out. Photo on the "my work" pinterest board. thanks for the inspiration.
