This card is one I made for the last catalog and uses: 

HMQ10 Star Costume

W121 Square Illusion Stamp

SSC1208 Tricky Words Perfectly Clear™ Stamps

That sparkly fun around the edges of the image is EJS03 Spoonful of Midnight!

Instructions:

1. Stamp Square Illusion stamp on yellow cardstock panel
2. Tie ribbon around stamped panel and then adhere to black A2 card
3. Stamp sentiment on a white cardstock panel and color with markers
4. Back panel with a slightly larger black panel and adhere to card
5. Adhere a panel of black cardstock to card
6. Stamp Star Costume image on a white cardstock panel with black ink and color  with markers
7. Sprinkle Spoonful of Midnight around the edges of the image panel and heat until melted
8. Adhere panel to card
