Sharing more ATC's

Artist and Designer Eileen Hull has been crafting her whole life, and for the last decade has focused on designing products for crafters. Her signature line of ScoreBoards dies for Sizzix have created some fantastic tools that have gone far beyond what even she envisioned when designing them.

One of these has given birth to the Artist Trading Block.

Sizzix was kind enough to share some of these ATC's with the Stampendous team so that we could play with them and this week Eileen's team and the Stampendous team has been sharing what they came up with all week.

Here one I made using The Look and Lovely Garden from Stampendous.
To Create my ATC:

Drop acrylic pain on Creative Palette and spread with roller
Lay die cut matboard and scrap matboard on palette and press to cover with paint
Set aside to dry
When dry use masks that come with The Look set to sponge paint on die cut box
Stamp image with black ink
color image with colored pencils
Stamp and cut out feathers, butterflies, and flowers out of matboard scraps.
Glue them to box
Glue buttons to bottom of box

We know this form of crafting will spark your interest and give your mojo a serious boost! That’s why we have prizes!!!

We’ll choose three winners at random from the comments on all blogs in the hop. Then from those three we’ll randomly pick a GRAND PRIZE winner! Two of the winners will receive Stampendous PenPattern Petal and PenPattern Flutter cling stamps, just like the ones I used on my ATC!
They’ll also receive enough pre-cut, premium matboard from Sizzix to make two boxes of your own, plus some extra pieces for fiddly bits! The Grand Prize winner will receive the stamps as above, a whole package of matboard, AND the Sizzix die to cut your own ATB boxes!

Here are a couple more fabulous projects to check out today!

Thanks for stopping by!

Kristine

Kristine thank you so much for working with my die- this is just gorgeous and I like how you took some elements off the block. It has been so exciting to see how artistic people like you interpret their art on this blank cube- fun!
