C4C537-sketch challenge

Hello Friends!

Week three of the Crazy4challenges blog challenge is always a sketch challenge.
I love sketch challenges!

Here is the sketch:

And...here's the card that I came up with using the sketch.
I turned it sideways and used the grid dies from The Stamps of life.

The stamps are from the Corgis2stamp set.

I hope you will check out what the rest of the team came up with and  maybe even give it a try yourself!

Stephie and Kenny sitting in a tree....

So excited because Stephie Doll finally found her Kenny!

And...he has an adorable doggy too!

Here they are walking their dogs together.

The grass was created with the fringe dies.

The flowers are mini flower dies.

I did a little paper piecing for their clothes and then colored with prisma pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

I think I see a picnic in these two's future...
Can't wait to see what you make with your Stephie and Kenny!

Check out what the rest of the design team has created in the gallery!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

National Dog Biscuit Day

It's the last day of my guest designer stint on the

Every day is "National Something Day" and apparently today is National Dog Biscuit Day.
So today's challenge was to create something with a biscuit or a dog or even any animal.

I came up with this cute little treat box for today's challenge.

I created this using the new Box it die from The Stamps of life!

This die allows you to turn any large die into a "box".

Basically it creates the middle part you see between the front and back panels.

The Box it die sold out right away but you can pre-order it and get it as soon as it's back in stock.

What else will you need to create this fun box?

I really enjoyed playing with all the ladies on the Crazy4Challenges blog.
Be sure and check it out when you need a little inspiration.

So excited to share a card I made with the new Shadow Box card die from the Stamps of life!

Ruff Time

Today I have a card to share that I made for a friend that needed a little encouragement.

I love how this card turned out...but honestly, I haven't made a card with this stamp set that I haven't loved because the dogs are so dang cute!

The fire Hydrant is from the House4cookie set.

I colored the images with my Prisma Pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

The grass was die cut from patterned paper.

I hope you enjoyed today's card.
If you love dogs and don't have the Friends4cookie stamps and dies, you NEED them!
