Get Well Flowers

New Get Well Soon Card to share today.
I absolutely love the Sizzix Card Flower & Circle Drop in card die and it works perfectly with all the circle word dies.

Here is a closer look at the details of these cool dies.

I put an insert in the inside that I die cut with the stitched rectangle set.

I did stamp a sentiment in there but it hasn't been released yet so I can't share....I know...I'm such a tease!

I hope you enjoyed today's inspiration!

Get Well Soon

Sometimes you make a card and it doesn't quite translate from what was in your head...and sometimes it turns out better.

This is better!
I just love how how this one turned out!

This is the new Get Well Circle Die.
I paired it with the Sizzix Scallop Card Drop in.

I hope you enjoyed my inspiration!

C4C422 -February Sketch

Hello Friends!

I am on week three of my February guest spot on the Crazy4challenges blog.

This week is a sketch challenge and we used the sketch below.

I needed a get well card for a friend so I decided to jump start my mojo with this sketch.

I used the whale2stamp set from The Stamps of Life.

I colored the image with Prisma pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

The paper is from the Laugh Collection.

This is a fun sketch that I am sure I'll use again!

Give it a try for a fun challenge!

This set is so fun.
It comes with stamps and matching dies...and all these fun patterns for the bandages.

For this card I also used a Step Up Card Die.

This is a pretty fancy card that was quick and simple to make.

Get Well Soon

Sizzix has another new stamp set that shrinks down a Stamps of Life set and includes dies!

This is Get Well Soon Stamps and Dies.
It's a smaller version of Stephanie's Bandage2stamp set and it comes with dies!

It comes with these cute patterns to decorate the bandages.

This is a great set to create all those cards you want to send to friends and family who are under the weather!  Who wouldn't love recieving this card?

I used Candy and Strawberry cardstock and patterned paper from the Thanks Collection.

I hope you enjoyed today's inspiration!
Thanks for stopping by.

Sketch Saturday

It's week two of the "Saturday Sketch Challenge".

This week, my stamping buddy, Chaunnelle picked this sketch to challenge ourselves with:

Here is the card that I came up with using the sketch.

The image is an older one from High Hopes Stamps and is called:

I colored it with Tombow Recycled colored pencils.

I had a little fun with the inside of this card too.
The inside sentiment is caught a bug.

This was a super fun sketch that I plan to use again!

Now...go check out what Chaunnelle made and give her some love!
