Happy Birthday Background

Stephanie has re-released the Happy Birthday Background Die over at

The Stamps of Life.

There are already ton's of great samples in the gallery but I thought it would make a new sample and here's what I came up with.

The front uses Candles4birthday and is a pretty simple design.

But the inside is tons of fun!

I used the 3D pop up drop in die set for the inside.

And....Partybear2stamp

Papa's Birthday

It's my second week of guest designing for the Crazy4challenges blog!

This weeks challenge is to incorporate dots.

I pulled out the Dotted Background Die Set and also used a piece of dotted patterned paper.

Pointed Banners

Made a fun banner with the new Pointed Banner die set from The Stamps of Life.

I enjoy changing up the decor for the holidays and the banners are a fun inexpensive way

Here is a closer look at one of the banner pieces.

The star is the largest star from the Stitched Star die set.

The letters are the 3.5" Alphabet Dies.

Party Bear Flip It

I made a flip it card using the new stamp set, Partybear2stamp.

I can't ind the picture of it opened so just the front to share.

I wish I could find the other picture I took so you could see it when it is flipped open.

Party Bear

The Stamps of Life released a new Birthday/Party stamp set today!

This is Party Bear.

I stamped the bear two times and made one a girl and made one a boy.

They are so cute!

I used the Heart Fold it for the heart in the background.

3D Birthday Cake decorations

I found another great use for the new 3D Happy Birthday dies.

I don't know if you have "Nothing bundt cakes" in your city but it's a great little place with delicious bundt cakes.

You can walk in and order big cakes and small ones ready to go.

And...for additional charge they will add decorations.

I decided to save money and decorate them myself.

I had two employees whose birthdays were on the same day and I got them each a mini cake and decorated them myself.

In addition to the Happy Birthday die I use the Sizzix Triplit Party Hat die.

So cute!!!

Crazy Cat Lady

Hello Friends...

Played with the new cat2pudgie again and came up with this fun 5 x 7 flip it card.

I colored the pudgie with prisma color pencils and blended with gamsol and blended with blending stumps.

The hat was created with the Sizzix Party Hat Triplit die set.

Here is how the card looks when you flip it open.

I created the "patterned paper" using stamps from the stamps4partyhats set.

 This was a really fun card to create and I hope you enjoyed it!

Party Hats!

All the rain last week was the perfect excuse to stay in and play in my craft room!

I decided to die cut a bunch of different Sizzix Triplit Party Hats and mass produce some birthday cards.

I used paper from the Happy Collections as my color inspiration.

Here is the first card I made.

 

For the second card I added a Stitched Tag panel.

And finally, here's the third card I have to share today.

This Sizzix Triplit Party Hats set is perfect for making fun birthday cards!

Birthday Flip It

I am LOVING this new die that was released today at 

The Stamps of Life.

The hat is the Triplits Party Hat.

The outside and inside sentiments are from the Stamps4partyhat set.

It's Party Time!

Kristine here with another fun birthday card that I created with some of the stamps from the new Party Time Release at High Hopes Stamps!

I made another HUGE card for one of the ladies at work.

I folded an 11" x  8 1/2" card in half to create a 8 1/2" x 5 1/5" card.

This image is Birthday Bella.

The sentiment is It's Party Time.

The patterned paper was from my stash but I am pretty sure it is The paper studio from Hobby Lobby.

I used Spellbinders classic oval and classic scallop oval dies

The image is colored with colored pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.
