It's all ready the middle of the week...seems that each day is going by faster and faster as we get closer to our oldest childs high school graduation. I wish I could slow things down a little! It's hard to be sad when she is so very excited about graduating and moving on to the next phase of her life though!
I made this card for her. One of the greatest joys in my life is that I truly like hanging out with my 17 year old and I love the young woman she is becoming! So as we tick off her last band concert and Senior Awards night this week I thought it would be fun to remind her how much I enjoy being around her and tell her what a great kid I think she is!
This card was inspired by this weeks High Hopes blog challenge as well as the Cute Card Thursday sketch. I just love this new bright Cosmo Cricket DeLovely paper! I hope you enjoyed my card! Thanks for stopping by!

Don't you just want to put the brakes on sometimes where time is concerned--it's so amazing how fast it really does pass!! This card you made for your daughter is lovely--your colouring, papers and all the little details are so pretty!! This image is great for the occasion too!
Blessings,
Sarah :)
Wonderful card!! I can totally relate to you! My youngest just "graduated" preschool so it's a sad time that my little one is moving into the "big school"! I CAN'T even imagine a High School gradutation!!
Thank you so much for playing along with our challenge last week. We have another fun one this week...Birthday Card!! We hope you can play along again!
