High Hopes: Add a Border

It's time for the weekly High Hopes Blog Challenge!
This weeks challenge is to Add a Border.

Here's my "border" card that I made for the challenge.

I created my border by stamping the tools from Four Tool Set randomly around the edges of a white panel and colored them with Spectrum Noir Markers.
