Project Life: The kids are home!

Both of my kids are away at college and this year they had different Spring Breaks so I haven't had them home at the same time since December...making me a very sad Mom.

My daughter was missing her brother so she drove home from college (2 1/2 hours) to spend the last 24 hours of his spring break home with him.  I took a few pictures over the 24 hours and made a Project Life layout with them.

Wanted to show you how easy it is to create your own personalized cards for you Project Life Albums with Stampendous products.

I stamped the top of the journaling panel with Wavy Music by Stampendous.
I used Aged Marine and Aged Black Embossing Enamel around the edges.

To create the sparkly panels on the first page I used Stampendous Sticky Panel's which will be available by the end of the month.  They are amazing double side adhesive panels that you can tear, die cut, punch, emboss....whatever your imagination can think of!

Top portion of the panel was covered with a torn panel of Sticky panel.

I peeled off the top layer to reveal the adhesive part and stuck a stamped sentiment panel (smashing idea perfectly clear stamps) on to the sticky adhesive.

Then I covered the exposed adhesive with China Blue Micro Glitter.

I brushed off the excess.

I used the same technique on this panel but did it on the top and bottom.

In real life the micro glitter really shimmers!
