C4C197: Paper Piecing

This weeks Crazy4Challenges Blog challenge is Paper Piecing.

I had a blast with this challenge!  Here is the card I came up with:

These Red Hat Ladies are perfect for this technique!

When I paper piece I like to use the same patterned paper on the body of the card too.

Here is a closer look at the image.

Stamps:
Growing Old by High Hopes
Red Hat Ladies by High Hopes
Paper:
My Minds Eye patterned paper
Bazzill Basic colored cardstock
Mohawk Bright White cardstock
Ink:
Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink
copie markers
Other:
Prima Mktg. flowers
Recollection brad

If you decide to play along with us, all you have to do is create a card/project and upload it to your blog and/or to your SCS Gallery using the keyword C4C197

Check out more crazy inspiration on Crazy4Challenges Blog.

Happy Stamping!

Kristine, this is fantastic! When I think paper piecing clothing I think paper dolls for adults. Too fun! Love that sentiment, too!

Such a fun card Kristine, and I agree I like to have the paper match my background too.
