This weeks High Hopes Blog Challenge is 

"It's Snowing"!

 Here is the card that I made using Making Friends and Work of Art by High Hopes.

 

I colored the image with Copic Markers and added a little sprinkling of Shabby White Embossing Enamel to add a little "snow" to my card.
