Instructions:

Adhere polka dot paper panel to a top folding brown card
Stamp image on a white cardstock panel with black ink
Color image with Copic markers
Sprinkle embossing enamel under the tires and heat from underneath until melted
Adhere image panel to card
Tie ribbon around card
