Stampendous/Dreamweaver Hop

Today is the last day of the Stampendous/Dreamweaver collaboration and we ending with an amazing Blog Hop!

You should have arrived from Leadonna Kimmel's blog but if you want to start at the beginning of the hop go to  the Stampendous Blog.

There have been some super Amazing projects all week long.  Did you miss some of them?  I will put the link list for the whole week on the bottom of my post.  There are three awesome prize packages being given away to random commenter's so you'll want to be sure you've left some love for everyone!

Now here is my card for today.

To create the background panel I lay the Corner Flowers Stencil on a piece of white cardstock and sponged different color chalk inks on the stencil and when I lifted it up I was left with the pretty floral design on the background.

I stamped the Blossom Beauty head on another piece of white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink and colored her with copic markers.  Then I cut her out and adhered her to the stenciled panel.

For the flowers on her head I used the double glitter technique.
Wendy Jordan has a great video on this technique here.

This is how it looked after the first step in the process.

After I carefully removed the paper from the stencil and added the Multi Glitter to the image, I die cut flowers shapes with the medium flower die from the Blossom Beauty Die Cut Set.

I adhered the die cut panels to the top of Blossom Beauty's head, added a bow and a sentiment and my card was done!

Now it's time to hop on over to Pam Hornschu's blog!

Want to make sure you are entered for these great prizes?
Make sure you check out the projects from all week!

Your card is so cute and clever! I've just been re-inspired to use the double glitter technique. The blossoms on her head were the first thing I noticed with the bold, glittery colors.
