Flora and Fauna with Dreamweavers

Welcome to the merry month of May! The Dreamweaver Stencils Dream Team are challenging you this month to a "Flora and Fauna" theme!

Considering most of the Dreamweaver designs incorporate both of these in the huge variety of stencils, you should have no problem playing along with our challenge this month! As usual, link your creations at the end of the Dream It Up! blog post, or at the end of our posts where it says, "Add Your Link". As the challenge gets underway, you'll see thumbnails of others who are playing along as inspirations for your own creations!

Here is one of the cards that I created for this months challenge:

It uses LJ862 Mission Roses

I started by creating this mono print background with my Creative palette and some green deco art paint.

When it was dry I lay the stencil on it and brushed on some Jade and Magenta paintsticks.

I stenciled over the top of the painted image with translucent paste and let it dry.
When dry I die cut it out.

Then I stenciled LS96 hello on top with white embossing paste and let it dry.

I tied ribbon around the panel.

I ran a pink panel of cardstock through my big shot with the same Mission Rose stencil and then adhered the colored panel to the pink panel.

Here is the completed card.

The A Team has more great projects to share! ENJOY!
