This is what I think Santa is doing in July...resting up for the busy winter season!
I used Tropical Santa from High Hopes for this challenge card. The paper is 'tis the season paper pack from Echo Park. The eyelets are from Eyelet Outlet. I colored the image with Copic Markers.
