Christmas Flip Flop Card

Happy Sunday!

Today I have my final card that I made with supplies from the October Rubber Cafe' Creative Card Kit to share with you.

This is a fun flip it card that I created.

Here is what the inside looks like.

Hopefully, my tutorial will make sense....

Start with an 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" panel of green cardstock.

Fold the panel in half to create a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" side folding card base.
Then fold the front of the card backwards in half to create a fold line down the middle of the card.
Unfold the card.
Lay a die on the front part of the card base centered over the front fold line as shown in the picture below.

Run the panel through the cutting machine only going to the halfway point.

You will end up with a panel that looks like this.

Fold the card up so it looks like this.

Decorate the inside panel.

Create a panel for the front fold by cutting a panel of patterned paper to 2"x 5 1/4".
Use the same die to cut a half shape out of the panel as shown.

Adhere panel with Scrap Happy Sheer Glue to the left side of the open card.  Adhere a 2" x 5 1/4" panel of patterned paper to the remaining blank panel with Scrap Happy Sheer Glue.

Die cut a white panel with the same die and adhere to the panel as shown.
Stamp image and sentiment on the panel and color.

Fold the card as shown.
Now you will finish the front of the card.

Die Cut another white panel and adhere to the flip panel.
Stamp with the elf image and color.

Tie the three colors of twine around the front left edge.
Finish off the card with the sentiment and tree embellishment as shown.

That's it!  I hope you you enjoyed today's "Flip it" tutorial and that you will give it a try!
