As we officially head into the holiday season, the Dream Team are challenging all of our followers to be especially "Thankful and Thoughtful" during the month of November. We hope that you will link your creations with this theme in mind on the Dream It Up! blog using the Inlinkz tool.
Our "thanks" to you is providing you with the opportunity to win the stencil of your choice, and a bonus stencil of our choosing could be yours for using Dreamweaver product(s) in your artwork.
Here is my Thankful and Thoughtful Project using 4 different Dreamweaver Stencils:
The back panel was created by stenciling LX 7002 Plaid on a cream panel with black embossing paste. When dry I sponged on some Tim Holtz Antique Linen distress ink.
For the main panel I sponged Tim Holtz Peeled Paint Distress Ink through the LJ 913 Houdstooth stencil. I adhered strips of patterned paper and then I stenciled the sentiment. I mixed green acrylic paint into white embossing paste to create the green stenciled sentiment.
For the branch, I stenciled LG 642 Branch with regular embossing paste on cream paper. When it was dry I colored it with Copic markers.
Then I cut it out and added it to the card.
The final touch was to add a button that I tied twine through.
I hope you enjoyed my project!
The Dream Team are very THANKFUL when our followers are THOUGHTFUL enough to leave us a nice comment on our posts! Here's the "A" team lineup for this week, as well as our very special guest designer, Linda Neff!

This is beautiful and unique! Love the aging on the striped background. Happy Thanksgiving!
This is stunning! All of those layers really showcase the leaf. Hope you had a relaxing holiday!
This is so pretty. I am lovin the leafy branch. I thought the striped background paper was store bought paper and was trying to figure out where the plaid was used on the card. Great job.
I'm in love with your card design Kristine!!!!
