Dreaming of Spring

It has been really cold here in Southern California this past week!

I know...everyone out there is laughing at us because we are whining about the cold but we really just aren't used to it.

I am looking forward to seeing the sun again and dreaming of Spring!

So I pulled out my PenPattern Butterflies for today's Spring inspired card.

I stole this sketch from a card that I saw on Pinterest.

I started with this pretty patterned paper from Michael's Recollection line and used the colors for inspiration in coloring my butterfly.

I used Copic markers to color the Butterfly and just adhered it to the card down the center so that the wings could be "free".

The sentiment is from the Friendly Phrases Perfectly Clear Stamp Set.

The Ribbon is by May Arts.

The Stampendous Design Team are all Dreaming of Spring too so be sure and swing by the Stampendous Blog to see who else has a Beautiful Butterfly to share with you today!

Thanks for stopping by!

I absolutely love butterflies and this card is perfection. Your colouring, layout just perfect. I want this stamp. Got so excited when I looked at it last night, went to the link and tried to order and couldnt believe it. They dont ship to Australia. I had a cart full of butterflies and had to let them all go.
Ahhh well probably wasnt meant to spend that money anyway but you have done a brilliant job of highlighting their product.
