I'm not 100% sure that this card fits the challenge but it's what I came up with!
I created this beautiful background using my Stampendous Creative Palette and deco Arts paints.
When dry, I stenciled my LG760 feather with Translucent Embossing Paste. When It dried I stenciled it over the top with Crackle Paste.
The sentiment is Hope Sings from Stampendous. I stamped it on cardstock with green ink and then sponged distress ink around the edges.
I added the yummy Frantage with Aged Gold and Shabby White embossing elements.
