It's Friday!
It's been a rough week for me because I got laid off from my job on Wednesday after 21 years but I took a little downtime to relax and make this card last night.
These HappyHoppers® images always make me happy!
I used a Dreamweaver Stencil, Big Dots, for the background paper and I love how it perfectly matches the kite design. Have you noticed how so many of the DW stencils match the Stampendous Stamps so well?
Yep....a match made in heaven!
To create the background I stenciled the Big Dots Stencil on a yellow
panel with Regular embossing paste and let it dry.
The die cut cloud and sun are from Spellbinder dies.
The image is Hopper High Stamp.
The sentiment is from the Happy Moments Perfectly Clear set.
The Happy Moments Perfectly Clear is a terrific way to get several Happy Hopper images and coordinating sentiments!
I colored the image with my copic markers.

So sorry about your situation, Kristine. I know you will be picked up by someone else who can really value your talent. This card will get anyone in a happy mood, what a fabulous job!
I am so sorry to hear about your job. I always have to remind myself when some disaster strikes my life that I will make it through and will probably be even better. I am sure after being there for so many years it was like a second home to you. A safe place. Take your time to reset and refresh and move on. Hugs.
Your card is gorgeous! So cute! I really love your clouds.
I am so sorry to hear about your job! Before I got injured, I lost my job at a place that I absolutely loved. Turns out that it was one of the best things that happened to me! I found a job that had MUCH better insurance, paid more and was an even better place to work! Sometimes bad things turn out to be the best things!! Good luck!
I love your fun card that is sunshine in an envelope for whoever you send it to!! TFS!
Love your card!
Sorry to hear about your job! Take care, Anja
Love the yellow and grey color combination! Good luck on a new door opening for you!
