Dreaming of Tombo

This week the Stampendous Team has been warming up for our hop with Tombow, September 18-20.

So...today I decided to play with my Tombow Dual Brush Pen Set and try the Splash Technique along with my Dreamweaver project.

To create this card I started by Stenciling the Feather Stencil on a white cardstock panel with Pearlescent Embossing Paste and allowed it to dry.

I scribbled blue and yellow markers on my Tombow Blending Palette

Spray water on the palette.

Lay the panel with the dried feather face down on the palette and press the paper.

Then lift it and allow it to dry.

Then I trimmed down the panel and created my card.

I added the Shabby Blue Embossing Enamel to the corners and embossed the sentiment (Happy Greetings perfectly Clear Stamp Set)

Here is a little closer look at this cool technique.

Kristine...that background really pops! Loving the feel of this upbeat creation and of course that feather stencil is one of my faves.
