Today I am sharing Birthday Balloons.

MEM01 Memento™ Tuxedo Black Ink by Tsukineko®
VM001 VersaMark™ Watermark Ink by Tsukineko®
MPW811 Mixed Media White Paper

My Colors Cardstock by My Minds Eye® (Sky, Plum, grasshopper)
TombowUSA® Recycled Colored Pencils
Zip Dry™ Paper Glue by Beacon Adhesives

How did I make it?

Directions:
1. Fold an 11" x 4 1/4" panel of sky cardstock in half to create the card base
2. Adhere a 3" x 5 3/8" panel of plum cardstock to the card
3. Stamp image on white cardstock panel and color with pencils
4. Trim close to edges of image
5. Cover image with VersaMark ink and then heat emboss with Kaleidoscope EP
6. Adhere fragments to image
7. Back panel with a slightly larger panel of grasshopper cardstock and then adhere to card
