New Neighbors

I made this card a couple of weeks ago when I saw the SOLD sign go up on the house across the street from us. I haven't seen out new neighbors yet but workers have been busy painting and putting in new carpet. As soon as I see the moving trucks I will whip up a batch of cookies and head over with this welcoming card!
Stamps:
-Mushroom Lane #27
-Sentiment is from A Welcome Hug (Kim Hughes)

Paper:
-Yellow green, sunflower medium, simply smooth white by Prism
-Basic Grey patterned paper

Ink:
-Adirondack aqua, meadow, and pitch black dye ink by Ranger
-Copic Markers

Accessories:
-Dots and Dashes ribbon from Michaels
-Key from JoAnn's scrap essentials
-hemp twine

Tools:
-Nestabilities by Spellbinder

Thanks for stopping by,
