Papa's Birthday Card

When I woke up this morning I knew that I needed to make a birthday card for my father in law and get it in the mail as his birthday is on Sunday. When I checked out the SCS WT challenge today, I was thrilled to see that I could kill two birds with one card!

I called my hubby at work to double check how old his dad is going to turn on Sunday so I could put his age in big numbers on the front of the card. Hubby thinks for a second and says that his dad was either born in '37 or '38. Now tell me exactly how that information is going to help me make a cool "numbers" birthday card??? MEN!!!

So I went to plan B and just used my Cuttlebug numbers embossing folder for the background and came up with this card.

The truck is from the Truck Graphix set in the GM line by Cornish Heritage Farms. The sentiment is Gina K.

Here is the inside:

I used the Perfect Plaid Scrapblock for the bottom part.

I gotta get it addressed and in the mail and then get my booty back to work! Have a great day!
