Stampendous and EviroTex hop again!

I had so much fun last year when we hopped with EnviroTex and was very excited when I found out we were going to hop again.

Yep...all this week members of the Stampendous team will be taking turns sharing projects that they made with EnviroTex Jewelry Resin and Friday we will be doing a final hop with the entire team.

I have a couple of projects to share with you today.
The first one is a pretty ring that I made with a bezel from Nunn Designs.

I started by cutting a circle with my Spellbinders circle die.
I stamped it with one of the butterflies from the Charm Collections Perfectly Clear Stamps.

Then I colored the image and glued it into the Bezel with some Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive.  I used a small paint brush to paint a layer of glue over the top to seal it.

Then I poured the prepared Jewelry resin into the bezel and sprinkled a little Crystal Glitter over the top and then set it aside to dry for 24 hours.

I wasn't sure how I would keep the ring upright while it dried but then I found another great use for Glitter Glass !

Here's one more look at the top of the ring.

My second project is a pretty little necklace that I made.
I think this bezel is by Bead Landing from Michaels.

To create this scene I started by cutting out a circle of white cardstock with a Spellbinder circle die.  Then I used Gelatos to color the background.

Then I used stamps from Wildflower Sprigs PCS to create the scene.

Then I glued it into the Bezel with some Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive.  I used a small paint brush to paint a layer of glue over the top to seal it.
Then I poured the prepared Jewelry resin into the bezel and sprinkled a little Crystal Glitter over the top and then set it aside to dry for 24 hours.

I will have more projects to share on Thursday and Friday but check the Stampendous Blog all week long to see what other DT members are sharing each day!

Thanks for stopping by!

Both of these are gorgeous. These would really be fun to try with my craft group. We usually make cards but I know we would enjoy making these.

These are really pretty. Great tip on how to hold the ring upright while it dries.

I am a little unclear on this resin. Does it come as a liquid or do you mix it up? Does just drying it do the curing?

Thanks for sharing your projects with us. It is opening a whole new world to me and this is just the first day of the hop!!! :)
