Today's SCS Technique challenge was to make cards that are quick and easy. I needed some simple thank you notes so this was perfect timing. These cards use the reverse masking technique and though very simple~they really look pretty in person.
To make these cards, first stamp the image and the sentiment in black ink on a white card.
Cut an oval out of cardstock. Set the oval aside and use the negative image. Center the stamped image inside the oval shape and sponge a light color all over the image.
When you move the cardboard you'll be left with the image inside the colored oval.
Then color the image with markers.
Stamps: Natural Beauty, Warmest Regards
Paper: Whisper White
Ink: pretty in pink, pixie pink, celery
Accessories: sponge
