Simply Said

Finally home from Chicago. The weather was beautiful out there and I didn't get lost on the freeways so it was a successful trip!

I made these two cards earlier in the week before I left for Chicago but didn't have time to take pictures and get them posted.

The first one is for this weeks sketch challenge

Stamps: Simply Said, doodle stamp by Ginak
Ink: Ballet Blue, Saffron, Rose Red, Mellow Moss, Black
Paper: Ballet Blue, Saffron, Rose Red, Mellow Moss, white
Accessories: cuttlebug embossing folder, scallop circle punch, markers

The second one was made for this weeks color challenge.

Stamps: Simply Said
Ink: Green Galore, Turquoise, Red
Paper: Green Galore, Turquoise, Red, white
Accessories: cuttlebug embossing folder, sponge, ticket corner punch, eyeltets, ribbon

I am still using the Simply Said set that my friend Rochelle lent to me...I really need to get it back to her and buy my own. I think I've convinced myself that I like it and I'll use it!

Hi Kristine! I'm the Managing Editor of The Stampers' Sampler and Take Ten magazines and would love to see you submit some cards to us. Your use of color is fabulous!

When you get a chance, shoot me an e-mail at colivarez@stampington.com so we can chit-chat some more about this.

Super cards Kristine. I love the second one with the green galore. Seriously, I am going to get you this set but you can keep mine until I get you yours. I love all the cards you are making with it. More for me to case. LOL

Those are beautiful! I love them and can't wait to CASE them! I hope that is okay. I just signed up to be a demonstator and I have a limited number of current sets and this is one of them! I love the colors with this card!
