Pomegranate, Artichoke, & Teal

I would never have thought of putting these colors together and I'm not positive I'll do it again but that's what I love about the SCS challenges...it's gets me to try new things. So, the color challenge on Tuesday was to use Pomegranate, Artichoke, and Teal. As usual, I challenged myself to make at least two cards with these colors and as you can see they turned out very different from each other. It was my friend Rochelle and her husband Tony's anniversary yesterday. I didn't get a card done in time...well, she was at my house for VSN all weekend and I couldn't make it with her there could I? So this is it, Rochelle. Happy Anniversary!

Stamps: Garden Silhouette
Paper: Artichoke, Teal, Pomegranate, white, vellum
Ink: artichoke, pomegranate
Accessories: ribbon, silver cord, corner rounder

This is the second card I made for the challenge. This is Nay from Rubber Romance. I just love these Rubber Romance images and Christie just got a bunch of mounted and unmounted Rubber Romance girls in the corner store! And these white brads I used are on sale 20% off. Go check it out!
Stamps: Rubber Romance, SU! Flower
Paper: Teal, Pomegranate, Artichoke, White
Ink: Teal, Pomegranate, Artichoke, black
Accessories: Water color pencils, H2O brush, photo corner punch, brads, pop dots
