This is my son Garret.
These are my son Garret's ugly shoes.
(I didn't want to buy them but he loved them...)
This is the card I made that was inspired by my son's ugly shoes!
The moral of this story...inspiration can be found everywhere! Well...that and I am getting old...because all his friends like those ugly shoes!!!
Have a great Saturday!

Wow! I love what you've come up with after seeing these shoes! Love the card!
The card's much cuter than the shoes!!! LOL!!! Just kidding. When a kid loves a pair of shoes, what are you gonna' do? Nice card...nice kid, too!
Hahahaha! This is the first time I've heard of ugly shoes inspiring a beautiful card! :-)
Great card, not so great shoes. LOL

Very creative! Whenever I get stuck or have "creative block" I stop by your site for inspiration. Thank you for sharing your talent!
too funny! who'd ever think to create something beautiful from something they thought was downright ugly? I don't know how you find the resources to create under those circumstances, but you did a great job:)
Kristine,
You crack me up. The shoes aren't THAT bad! LOL
