Flocked Willow

As I promised yesterday, I have another sneak peek at one of Asela’s new tree images which is being released on Wednesday.

I just love this weeping willow tree! I used flocking on this image to help give it that soft "weepy” look. Cornish Heritage Farms carries many different colors of this flocking. It is a really easy way to add soft texture to your projects! So when you head over there to order your trees tomorrow, be sure and pick up some of this fun flocking too!

Here is a close up of the flocked tree. I used the Quickie Glue pen to trace the branches, covered the tree with Evergreen Flocking, and then shook off the excess.

Stamps: Weeping Willow, scripty words, Weathered Wood
Paper: Prism Cardstock
Ink: Clearsnap Deep Green, Brilliance Coffee Bean
Accessories: Quickie Glue Pen, Evergreen Flocking, Brads, ticket corner punch

Don't you just love flock? I have a ton of different colors but I never use it. I just might have to break it out.

Wow, I haven't used flock, but I can certainly see the effect it has. It's brilliant!
