In Shape Chicks...

Today's Challenge Chick's challenge for the CHF Design Team was to make a shaped card.  It could be any shape but something different than the normal square or rectangle.  I have been so busy this weekend that I have hardly been in my stamp room and nearly forgot about the challenge until just before bed time on Sunday night so I ran up to the craft room and threw this ice cream invitation together.  It was really quite simple.  I didn't have a pattern...just a little creative free hand work!

The sentiment is your first sneak peek at a new Mona Lisa's Moments set that is being released this week at the farm.  It's called Invitation Essentials and you are going to love it!
Stamps:
-Scratched Grid Backgrounder
-Polka Dot Backgrounder
-Invitation Essentials (MLM release date 10/24/08)

Paper:
-Suede Brown light, Suede Brown Medium, and frosted pink by Prism Papers

Ink:
-Adirondack Hazlenut and Pink Sherbet dye ink by Ranger

Accessories:
-pink gingham ribbon by Ofray

Tools:
-Nestabilities by Spellbinder
-Sponge
I'm not sure who got their challenge card done but if you check out the other gals blogs which are listed to the right (and a little down) I'm sure you'll get to see a lot of fabulous projects!
Hope you have a great Monday!
