So excited to share the first card that I made with this months beautiful Creative Cafe' Card Kit of the Month!
You can see all the info about this months kit, Take Flight, here.
It's hard to tell in this picture but the bird is inside a cut out circle.
To make this card I started by creating a top folding A2 card (5 1/2" x 4 1/4")
out of teal cardstock from the kit.
Adhere a 5 1/4" x 4" piece of patterned paper to the card front with Scrap Happy Sheer Glue.
Create a banner panel out of a piece of tan cardstock and adhere to the card with Scrap Happy Sheer Glue.
Die cut a teal circle panel and adhere to the card with Scrap Happy Sheer Glue.
Use a Spellbinder classic circle die to cut a circle through all layers of the card front.
Stamp the bird with Memento Bamboo ink on a white panel and cut it out.
Adhere the bird inside the cut out circle with Scrap Happy Sheer Glue.
Here's a closer look that shows how the cut out circle looks.
Tie ribbon around the top of the card.
Stamp the sentiment on a punched white oval with memento cranberry ink and back it with a larger cranberry oval panel. Adhere it to the card front with 3D Adhesive.
I added a panel of white paper to the inside of the card to finish it off.
I hope you enjoyed my card today!
