I am having so much fun playing with the NEW February High Hopes release called "Party Time".

Today I am sharing a big 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" card that I made for one of the girls at work.
With 20+ in our department, I need large cards with lots of room for everyone to sign.

I used the new image, Cat and Mouse.

I colored the image with Prisma colored pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

I stamped the image a second time on scrap paper so that I could color and cut out the balloons to pop them up.

The patterned paper is from Echo Park.

The sentiment is Eat Cake.
