Thankful

This is my final card from this months Creative Cafe Kit of the Month.  This card was made completely with supplies that come in the kit!

 

To make this card I started my making the side panel.  

I cut a piece of patterned paper to 5.25" x 2". 

I backed this panel with a slightly larger orange panel and then I tie a piece of green rayon ribbon around the entire panel.

 

I adhered the panel to a 5.5" x 4.25" top folding brown card with Scrap Happy Glue.

 

The second panel is a 3" x 3.5" piece of patterned paper which is backed with a slightly larger panel of burgundy cardstock.

 

The main image panel is a 2" x 3.25" piece of cream cardstock.

I stamped the pumpkin image with Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink and colored it with Copic Markers.

Then I backed it with a slightly larger green panel and adhered it to the card with  Scrap Happy Glue.

 

For the sentiment panel I stamped Thankful on a wood label with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and adhered it to the card with Scrap Happy Glue.

Finally, I tied twine through two wooded buttons and adhered them to the top right of the card with Scrap Happy Glue.

Happy Friday!

I have been off work all this week and have been spending the last two days stamping with a friend of mine...so fun to work on just because projects and not Design Team work with specific parameters and deadlines for a change!

My daughter had asked for some Thank You cards to send out so I whipped these up quickly!

QUICKLY?!?!

Yep...quickly because they are pre-colored digi stamps....perfect when you are in a hurry for a nice card!

These cards were made with Fall Flowers from Fred She Said.  The sheet prints out with all four of these flowers all ready perfectly colored and ready to be made in to a card.

The patterned paper are scraps I had in my stash.  The thank you sentiment is from Paper Pretties, Scout Sophia set.
