Swimming by to say...

Today I am sharing a pretty birthday card that I made with the new

Medium Dotted Background die.

Everytime I see this die it reminds me of bubbles in the water so I've already made a couple of ocean cards with it.

For this card I used 
Mermaid2stamp
fish2stamp
grass die
The orange "coral" was created with the palm tree die from the island2stamp dies.

I can't find the picture I took of the inside of my card but it says,

Birthday by the Sea

So excited that Stephanie came up with this awesome new 3D pop up drop in die set that makes it easy to create this amazing inside for any card!

Swimming by to Say...

I am just loving the new Mermaid stamps from 

the Stamps of Life!

I decided to make a fun flip it card with this cutie today.

I colored her with prisma pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

The card base is the rectangle flip it and I used shells2stamp too!

Here's how it looks when it's flipped open.

I hope to play with these cute little mermaids more this week...I'll share my results.

Big Shell Flip It

Today I am sharing a 5 x 7 flip it card that I made with the new 

shells2stamp and solids4shells from The Stamps of Life.

I created the background paper by stamping with shells and words on yellow cardstock.

All the color on the shells was stamped.

Sparkly Ocean

Boy is it HOT this week!

No doubt about it...summer is here!

Summer makes me yearn for the ocean so I thought I would share this fun ocean scene card that I made with the Under the Sea stencil.

I used the Fitted Frames B set to create a fun easel card.

I also used  Sticky Panels for the Double glitter technique.

The stenciled the Small Scallop Shell on turquoise cardstock with Silver Embossing Paste and fussy cut it out before adding it to the inside card panel.
