Quick Christmas Cards

I am sorry I have been absent this week. The In-laws have been in town for the last 7 days. They just went home this morning. They came down for the Marching Band Championships which were last Saturday and stayed the week. My daughter's school ended up in 7th place in their division. They were a little disapointed but they looked great and it's been a fun year! This past Saturday they marched in the Camarillo Christmas parade and got first place band, music, and drum major awards so they finished the year with a BANG! All the parents have heaved a sigh of relief that marching season is over till August.

Now the concert and jazz band festival season starts up....it never ends! I have a pin that says, "I have no life, my kids in band"! So true! Luckily, Jeff and I are both old band geeks at heart so, though it's exhausting, we really do love it! My mother and father in-law stayed the week after Championships because of fthe parade this past Saturday and to see my son's jazz band play at the holiday festival at the community center on Sunday. But now they are gone....ahhh....quiet. So now, I have to clean the house and then get my Christmas cards finished and out in the mail.

It's "Quick Card Monday" though, so I do have a few quick Christmas cards that I made to send to some friends. As you can see they are very simple but with those cute CHF images they are adorable.

All cards were made with images from Asela's new Christmas Release at Cornish Heritage Farms.
I colored the images with watercolor pencils and blended them with a Dove Blender Pen.
The ribbon and paper are from Michael's and of course I used my Nestabilities.

The cards are beautiful and so very creative. I was just wondering if you are the Kristine Reynolds who graduated from WJH.
