Snowflakes and Buttons

This weeks High Hopes Blog challenge is snowflakes and Buttons.

Here is the card I made for the challenge using 
Frozen Fun.

 

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Markers:

Black: IG8-IG6-IG4-IG2

Yellow: CT2-CT4-GB3

Red: CR8-CR11

Orange: CR1-OR1

Blue: BT1

Brown: TN4-TN3-TN2

Here 's a closer look that shows the shimmer on the snowballs and snowflake.

I heat embossed the shiny areas with Kaleidoscope Embossing Powder.
