More Woodgrain and Leaves

Very excited that this new Woodgrain background stamp has been released at

I used Leaf2stamp set on this card too.

I used the solid stamps to stamp ink on the leafs...no coloring!

I hope to get a video out this weekend showing how I did this technique.

This new background stamp is one that you will want in your collection for sure!

Fall Greetings

Today I have a card I made for a TSOL sample for Stephanie to take to her shows.

I used the new wreath2stamp and the words4wreaths.

I even decorated the inside of my card!

I stamped and die cut two of the wreaths and layered over each other to thicken it up a little
I like the way it turned out!

I hope you were inspired today!

Happy Thanksgiving

After the fun of yesterday's card I decided to make another card using the same ingredients!

This time I started with a step up card die.

I used the Turkey and pumpkins from the Turkeypudgie stamp set.
They were colored with Prisma pencils and blended with gamsol.

I just love the little extra that the leaf dies add!

And..I also used the Happy Thanksgiving die.

Tomorrow are more new releases from The Stamps of Life so be sure and come back to see what I made!

Falling for DECOR

Happy Monday!

I hope you are having a fabulous 3 day weekend if you are in the US!
I am enjoying a weekend in Big Bear at a friends cabin and we are stamping!

This week the Stampendous Team are showcasing the new DECOR stamps.

These are 8" x 8" size and are great for all kinds of decor projects.

My project today is not a decor item but I used the new Cling Leaves for the background of this card.

The Decor stamps can fold around surfaces like lamp shades and picture frames.
I can't wait to try some new decor items

But for today I just have a card!
The main image is Autumn Winds by House Mouse Designs.

I colored it with Prisma color pencils.

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fold an 11" x 4 1/4" panel of orange cardstock in half to create a card base.
  2. Stamp the leaves on a 4" x 5 1/4" panel of patterned paper.
  3. Back the stamped panel with a slightly larger green panel.
  4. Tie ribbon around panel and adhere to card base.
  5. Stamp image on a white die cut panel and color.
  6. Back panel with a larger blue die cut panel and then adhere to card.
  7. Stamp sentiment on a white panel and cut out.
  8. Adhere to a blue panel and cut around the edges before adhering to card.
