Happy Thanksgiving

After the fun of yesterday's card I decided to make another card using the same ingredients!

This time I started with a step up card die.

I used the Turkey and pumpkins from the Turkeypudgie stamp set.
They were colored with Prisma pencils and blended with gamsol.

I just love the little extra that the leaf dies add!

And..I also used the Happy Thanksgiving die.

Tomorrow are more new releases from The Stamps of Life so be sure and come back to see what I made!

Happy Thanksgiving

Now that Halloween is over it's on to the next holiday.
This is the time of year when we get busy and tired, and a little stressed.

I want to encourage you to slow down and take some time to breath and think about all that we have to be thankful for!

This is the season of family, friends, and giving thanks!

I used the new Fall Foliage perfectly Clear stamp set for today's card.

I colored the image with Prisma color pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

More Halloween

For day 25 of the 31 days of Halloween I used one of the new stamp and die sets from Stampendous.

This card was made with the Halloween Hats Cling Stamps and Dies.

I colored the images to match the paper using my Prisma colored pencils, gamsol, and blending stumps.

Happy Halloween!

I love this time of year!

The mornings are cooler when I take my daily walk...it's a little overcast when I drive to work and....

It's time to pull out all my pads of fall paper and my fun Halloween Stamps.

Today's image was in last years Fall/Winter Release from High Hopes Stamps.

The patterned paper is by Doodle Bug Designs.
I colored the image with Prisma color pencils.
(orange, burnt ochre, violet, spring green, black)

I used Doodle Bug Bakers Twine.
The sentiment is Happy Halloween.
I stamped it on a label die cut with a Spellbinder die.
I attached it to the card with mini brads by Recollection (from Michael's Crafts)

I hope this card gave you a little inspirational jump start for your fall cardmaking!
