Overwhelmed by rubbah!!!

This morning Julia challenged the CHF design team to a color challenge (well those of us who are available to play). Sounded like fun so I said I would play. But I still needed to unpack, do laundry, oh-and did I mention that I came home to this? New rubber is normally a dream come true but it's a little overwhelming right now. I truly can not wait to play with it but for now I had to push it aside.

It was 9 PM by the time I had a chance to sit down and stamp but I wanted to be sure and do my challenge card since I had said I would. I did sneak out my new backgrounder. I love the way it looks on this card!

Today’s challenge was to use Birchtone Dark, Intense Pink, Papaya Puree Dark & Spring willow Green medium as a color combo. Julia picked this color combo for the Cornish Heritage Farm’s CHA display for Kim Hughes’ line.

Stamps: Pretty Birds (Kim Hughes) by Cornish Heritage Farms, Trees Backgrounder by Cornish Heritage Farms

Paper: Prismatics Birchtone Dark, Intense Pink, Papaya Puree Dark & Spring willow Green medium Prism Paper

Ink: Brilliance Coffee Bean by Tsukineko, Walnut Stain Distress Ink by Ranger

Accessories: Nestabilities by Spellbinder, prima flowers, Bella Bauble, Water color pencils

Go check out what the other girls, Dawn, Anne, Mary, Tami, and Julia, came up with!
